We are happy to announce the property acquisition we have been working on for the past 2 years has finalized! We are currently working on securing the building permits and will be constructing two or three “serenity adventures cabins” similar to the one pictured here. We hope to start construction this winter and we look forward to bringing this awesome option to sport fisherman, vacationers, contractors, hunting clients, and anybody else who is looking for short term rentals or “airbnbs” in Cordova. The Nightly rate for these cabins will be $350/night plus city taxes and they will have a max occupancy of 6. Fully furnished with all the amenities, wifi, kitchen, and laundry on site, This will be a great value compared to staying at a traditional motel or hotel. These cabins will boast private parking, spectacular Heney Mountain range Views, covered porches to enjoy the view, fire rings on a lawn next to a private secluded waterfall. We will post many photos as construction starts and a link to book will be added as construction finalizes
